Mango is a common and edible fruit in some parts of India,South East Asia and some parts of Africa.

In some parts of the world it is called “King of fruits” and there are 100 types of mango with each having different taste, shape, size and colour.

Mango is packed with lots of nutritional benefits,here are some of the benefits;

•It may improve digestive health

It contains plenty of water and dietary fibre,it may help to stop constipation and diarrhoea.

•It support Eye Health

Mangoes are a good source of Vitamin A.
A lack of vitamin A can cause dry eyes and nighttime blindness.

•It improve hair and skin health

Mangoes are good source of Vitamin C,which promotes healthy hair and good skin.The vitamin C in mango gives the skin elasticity and prevents it from sagging and wrinkling.
It also provides Vitamin A which promotes healthy hair.

•It reduces the risk of certain cancers

Mango contains polyphenol which fights oxidative stress which can lead to colon, breast, lung and bone cancer.

•It is delicious and easy to add to diet

Mango is delicious and can be enjoyed in many ways and it can be served along with other fruits,add to smoothies.

However,it contains more sugar than other fruits,so moderation is required, like they say, too much of everything us bad.
